Co-founded a corporate retreat company organizing immersive experiences at Pakistan’s most extraordinary destinations, for 50–70+ person groups from tech teams and businesses.
Pakistan has some of the most extraordinary landscapes on earth: from the Karakoram Highway to the valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan, from the old city of Lahore to the beaches of Makran. Most corporate teams never get close to any of it. Noobs started as an answer to that gap: a retreat company that takes tech teams and businesses out of their offices and into some of the most remarkable places in the country, handling all logistics so clients can actually be present.
As co-founder, I led creative direction across every touchpoint of the Noobs brand and experience:
Our retreats are designed for 50–70+ person groups: typically tech teams, startup communities, and creative collectives. These are people with demanding jobs who want a trip that handles the logistics so they can actually be present. We handle everything; they show up and explore.
Every Noobs trip is also a document of Pakistan as it is, not as it's stereotyped abroad. Through photography and social storytelling, we're building an honest, beautiful archive of what this country looks and feels like when you actually pay attention to it.
