Full creative direction for $30K+ video campaigns with ThinkMojo and Vidico, delivering ~200K YouTube views and a 1.7x conversion value-to-cost ratio.
This was a performance-focused video campaign for PosterMyWall, executed in collaboration with two specialist video production agencies: ThinkMojo (known for SaaS product videos) and Vidico (product explainers). My role was full creative direction from brief to final QC, managing the agencies across a $30K quarterly budget.
The campaign delivered ~200K YouTube views and a 1.7x conversion value-to-cost ratio: every $1 spent returned $1.70 in measurable conversion value. For a SaaS product video campaign, this exceeded standard benchmarks and validated the creative approach.
This project showed that strong creative direction, not just budget, is what separates a forgettable product video from one that converts.
